Mukund heads the BIM team in L&T Construction. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction to the company, for providing digitally enabled value propositions, leveraging the power of BIM and digital solutions on engineering and construction projects. This includes development and deployment of new BIM technologies, processes and analytics for the organization to harness efficiency and productivity gains through project implementation.

  • Dr S. Rajkumar Head - Centre of Excellence and Futuristic Department, L&T Construction
An Energy Engineer by profession, he has his Master in Energy Technology from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy and his passion for thermal comfort in buildings made him pursue a Ph. D from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi. Dr S. Rajkumar has been working in the field of energy-efficient buildings, energy audits, Energy optimization and system optimization of a building and thermal comfort analysis of AC and non-A/C buildings for the last 20 years. He is also actively involved in energy analysis of low-energy space conditioning strategies for buildings. He is proficient in using building simulation and analysis tools like Design builder, Trnsys17, Energyplus, LBNL Windows, LCA, RETScreen etc. Previously he has worked with The Energy Research Institute (TERI) as a Research Scientist, he was involved in various energy consultancy for landmark projects. He has performed numerous parametric analyses for optimizing the performance of the buildings

Dr. Pari Y is an Associate Vice President & Head of GeoSpatial Technologies at Mindtree (A Larsen & Toubro Group Company). He has been practicing GeoSpatial Technologies for the past 23+ years with rich blend of both research and industrial experience. He has vast expertise in Advanced 3D Scanning Technologies, Global Navigation Satellite System, Digital Photogrammetry, Drone Applications, Spatial Analytics, Enterprise GIS, GeoSpatial Products & Platforms. He has received many national and international Awards for his extensive contribution in geospatial domain across AEC Industries. He is a well-known Key-note speaker in the Geospatial fraternity and has delivered more than 75 invited lectures in various conferences, corporate training programs, IITs, NITs, Universities & Colleges, State and Central Government departments.

Dr.G.D Raju is a Rock & geomechanics Engineer and a former Scientist at “National Institute of Rock Mechanics” . He earned his PhD from McGill University, Canada and has experience in working in projects across India, Canada, Singapore and Bhutan. With extensive experience of over 25 years in the field of Mining, tunneling, oil and natural gas and Civil construction he heads the geotechnical division of Heavy Civil Infrastructure at Larsen and Toubro. He and his team are involved in design of tunnels, caverns, Foundation of bridges and geotechnical aspects of nuclear reactor projects.

Dr. Rangarajan P holds Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering specializing in VLSI & Signal Processing from Anna University, obtained in 2004. He also has a master’s degree in Power Electronics from the same university, earned in 1996, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University, completed in 1990. With a total working experience of 30 years, have published seventy papers in international journals, secured four patents, and guided eighteen Ph.D. scholars. He has executed projects worth over 1.5 crores funded by AICTE and DST. In 2014, he has honoured with the CTS Best Faculty award

Mr. Padmanathan S, with Bachelors in Mechanical engineering and Masters in Business Administration heads the Design Department of Fire Engineering & Mechanical Systems in Buildings & Factories IC at L&T Construction. Having more than 34 years of experience in designing fire protection, fire detection and alarm systems in buildings. His expertise includes, commercial buildings, airports, metros, stadia, high rise buildings etc.

Mr. Prateek Dutta Roy is the Joint General Manager in Buildings & Factories IC at L&T Construction. He heads MEP Design division and has more than 3 decades of rich experience in large HVAC system design across various application segments, including Airports, Commercial buildings, Public Spaces and Industries. He was the former President and Regional Director of ISHARE Kolkata Chapter. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of ISHRAE and is a regular speaker for various seminars and programs for the Institute of Engineers, CII, ICC, Rotary Clubs, ISHRAE and various Engineering Institutes

  • Dr. Nakka Muralidhara Rao
As an alumnus from IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Nakka Muralidhara Rao has nearly 3 decades of experience in the fields of thermal power plants, heat and mass transfer, fluid modeling and pipe design analysis. While serving as the Head of Rolta Academy, he was instrumental in its establishment as a world-class institution. Spearheaded the Project Control, Proposal & Estimation department. He also led the design and analysis of the Flame Deflector Plate for the Dissipation of Flume Gases in a Semi-Cryo Engine Test Facility, collaborating with ISRO for the Test Facility Centre in Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu, while utilizing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis techniques

Dr Venkatesh Radhakrishnan, having more than 23 years of teaching experience in subjects related to manufacturing and material science, he is currently a Subject Matter Expert at L&T EduTech. Served as a Production & Quality Assurance Engineer, with his expertise in designing the jigs and fixtures for complicated structural support systems. Associated with several research-related projects funded by AICTE, NRB, MODROBS, etc.
  • Dr. J Bhaskaran
Dr. J Bhaskaran, a Mechanical Engineering Subject Matter Expert at L&T EduTech, has 30 years of teaching and Industry experience in India and Abroad. He has a PhD in Metal Cutting- Precision Manufacturing /Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and is an experienced educator. He has published 20 papers in Scopus-indexed journals. He has been appointed as a Research Supervisor at Anna University for MS and PhD students. He is currently working on Digital Manufacturing and Automation topics. Throughout his career, Dr. Bhaskaran has taught technical classes to industrial executives at prestigious companies such as L&T, Ford India Ltd, Apollo Tyres, and others. He is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education and the Society of Automobile Engineering (USA). During his tenure as Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering at an Anna University affiliated college, the Mechanical Engineering Department was re-accredited two times (NBA-new Tier-II - Washington accords).

  • Dr. Rambir R. Singh Bhadouriya
He is an established expert in the field of heat exchangers. He has designed more than 4000 heat exchangers for multiple organizations, and he has served as a scientist at ISRO, and as a faculty member at BITS Pilani. He headed the design division at M/s. Danfoss, and at M/s. Kelvion India Ltd. And a proud recipient of the "Padmashri Manmohan Suri Project Award" for Best MTech Project at IIT Delhi.
